Delivery & timing: when will my porta potty arrive?

Brandon Rental Works delivers same-day in Denton and most Denton County ZIPs when you call by 12:00 noon, Monday through Saturday. Next-day delivery is standard for orders booked by 5 pm. Dispatch gives a 4-hour window, and the driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving. Nobody has to be home.

Can you deliver a porta potty today?
Yes, in Denton and most nearby Denton County ZIPs, when you call (940) 275-3799 by 12:00 noon, Monday through Saturday. Same-day stock is standard units and hand-wash stations. Dallas and Tarrant County sites get same-day when a truck is already on that side of the Metroplex; otherwise first thing next morning.
What's the latest I can call for same-day delivery?
Noon. Calls after 12:00 pm go on the first open slot the next morning. If you are close to the cutoff, call instead of using the form, so dispatch can catch a truck before it leaves the route.
Can you deliver tomorrow?
Usually, yes. Next-day delivery is standard for most orders booked by 5 pm, Monday through Saturday. On sell-out weekends, like graduations or holiday weekends, the next-day route can fill early, so call as soon as you know your date.
What's the soonest you can get one out to me?
The same day if you call by noon, Mon–Sat, and you are in Denton or most of Denton County. Otherwise the next morning. Dispatch tells you the exact window on the call, before you pay.
Is there an extra charge for same-day or emergency delivery?
A same-day fee of $0–$95 may apply, depending on distance and that day's route. Close to our Dallas Dr yard it is often $0. You hear the exact amount before you book, and it is printed on the itemized quote. Next-day delivery has no rush fee.
How much notice do you need to avoid extra fees?
Book by 5 pm the day before and there is no same-day fee. For big dates such as graduation weekends, the Denton Arts & Jazz Festival or UNT home football Saturdays, book 2–3 weeks ahead so units are still in the yard.
Can you deliver on Saturday, the day of my party?
Yes. We run Saturday deliveries from 7 am to 7 pm. Most hosts still choose a Thursday or Friday drop so the unit is in place before guests arrive and nobody waits on a truck on party morning. We do not deliver on Sunday.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
No. We do not run deliveries or pickups on Sunday. A Sunday event is dropped Friday or Saturday and picked up Monday. Voicemail and the quote form are checked Sunday evening.
If you drop it off Thursday or Friday, do I pay for the extra days?
No. An event rental is one flat price for 1–5 days on site. A Thursday or Friday drop and Monday pickup cost nothing extra. In 14 of the 27 rental calls we reviewed, weekend renters ended up on exactly that schedule.
Why would you drop it off a day or two early?
So the unit is on site and ready before your first guest arrives. An early drop also takes your order off the busiest Saturday route. The extra days are included in the flat event price.
What time will the driver arrive?
Dispatch gives a 4-hour delivery window, set the day before or the morning of a same-day order. The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving. Exact minutes depend on the route, so plan around the window.
Can you deliver in the afternoon instead of the morning?
Ask, and we note it on the route. We honor morning or afternoon preferences whenever the route allows, and dispatch tells you on the call if your preference does not fit that day.
Will the driver call or text before arriving?
Yes. The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arrival on every delivery. Give us the best mobile number, or an on-site contact's number, when you book.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or sign, or text a photo to (940) 275-3799. Leave the gate unlocked or give us the code, and warn us about low wires. The driver places the unit and texts when it is done.
Do I have to meet the driver at the site?
Only if the site is hard to find. Ranches, barns and rural land often go smoother with someone at the gate, or a Google Maps pin and an on-site contact. Homes with a clear address need nobody there.
Can someone else receive it if I'm not home?
Yes. Add an on-site or secondary contact when you book. The driver calls that person before arrival instead of, or as well as, you.
What if the truck is delayed on my delivery day?
Dispatch calls you, gives a new window and keeps the unit on your order. If the delay pushes past your date, you choose the next open slot or a refund. On long-term rentals, the 28-day clock starts only on the day the unit is dropped.
What if you can't deliver as promised?
If we miss a same-day date we promised, the same-day fee is refunded. If we cannot deliver on your booked date at all, you get the next open slot or a full refund. Read the details in our rental terms.
Can you deliver to a site with no street address?
Yes. Send a Google Maps pin or GPS coordinates, plus directions and an on-site contact. Ranches near Krum, Ponder and Aubrey often send a pin and a gate code. Rural drops are routine.
Do you have availability for my date?
Call (940) 275-3799 with the ZIP and date, and dispatch checks the schedule while you are on the phone. Peak dates sell out first: UNT and TWU graduations in May and December, the Arts & Jazz Festival in late April, the State Fair & Rodeo in August, and fall football Saturdays.
Once I book, is the unit reserved for me?
Yes. Once an event rental is paid, the unit and date are reserved on our schedule. Change the date for free with 24 or more hours notice.
Can I still get a porta potty for this holiday weekend?
Often, if you call early in the week. Holiday weekends book up first, and same-day stock is thinnest then. Call by noon for the best chance, and ask about a Thursday drop.

Placement & access: where does the porta potty go?

A porta potty needs level, firm ground and a truck path about 10–11 feet wide with nothing lower than 12 feet. Our crew can cart an empty unit about 25 feet from the truck. Leave 3 feet clear in front of the door. Mark the spot, share gate codes, and the driver handles the rest.

Where should I put the porta potty?
On flat, firm ground the truck can reach: the edge of the driveway, the side of the house, a gravel pad or a flat corner of the jobsite. Keep it out of the way of the garage and front door. Our porta potty placement guide shows good and bad spots.
Where do most people put it?
Most homeowners pick the side of the house near the trash cans, or the end of the driveway. It is easy for the truck, out of the main view and close enough for guests.
Does it have to be on flat ground?
Yes. A unit on a slope can rock or tip. Grass, gravel, dirt, concrete and asphalt all work if the spot is level and firm. On a hillside, pick the flattest spot and the driver checks it before setting the unit down.
My driveway is sloped. Is that a problem?
A steep driveway is not a good spot. Pick a flat area nearby, such as a level patch of yard, a mulched bed edge or the top or bottom of the driveway. Text a photo and dispatch will suggest a spot.
Can you put it in my backyard?
Yes, if the truck can reach it or the crew can cart it in. An empty unit can be dollied about 25 feet from the truck. A standard unit is 43.5 inches wide, so the gate must be at least 48 inches wide with room for two crew members.
How wide does access need to be to reach the backyard?
The truck needs a path about 10–11 feet wide with no wires or branches under 12 feet. If the truck stays on the street or driveway, the crew carts the unit in, which needs a gate at least 48 inches wide and a path no more than about 25 feet.
How far can the crew carry it from the truck?
About 25 feet with a hand cart on firm, level ground. Farther than that, or over steps, soft sand or steep grass, and the unit may need a closer spot.
Can you move it after it's been used?
Not until it is pumped. A used unit cannot be tipped or moved with waste in the tank. If you need it moved, call and we pump it first, then move it.
Can I mark where I want it?
Yes, please do. A cone, flag, stake, sign or a strip of tape works. Add a note on the order too, such as "left side of the house by the trash cans."
Can I text you a photo of the spot?
Yes. Text a photo to (940) 275-3799. Dispatch adds it to the order, checks the access before the truck leaves, and the driver sees it on the route.
How big is a porta potty? How much space do I clear?
Our standard PolyJohn PJN3 is 43.5 inches wide, 47 inches deep and 91 inches tall. Clear a level spot about 5 by 5 feet, plus 3 feet open in front of the door. The wheelchair-accessible Comfort XL needs about 62 by 62 inches plus door space.
What do I need to tell you about the site?
Gate codes, HOA rules, low cable or power lines, overhanging branches, parked cars, septic lids, sprinkler heads and soft ground. For gated communities, give the entry code. The more we know, the fewer surprises on delivery day.
There's a locked gate. How does the driver get in?
Give us the gate code or leave the gate unlocked on delivery day. The code goes in the driver notes. If the driver cannot get in, a trip fee may apply, so double-check codes the day before.
The ground is sandy or soft. Can the truck get in?
Sometimes not after rain. Sandy Cross Timbers soil near Argyle, Krum and Ponder can bog a truck, and Blackland Prairie clay east of Denton gets slick. Pick a gravel or high spot near a firm drive, and tell dispatch about recent rain.
What should the spot look like before delivery?
Clear and level, with no cars, toys, furniture or building material in the way. Leave the truck path open and 3 feet free in front of where the door will face.
Can you leave it on the sidewalk or in the street?
No, not without a right-of-way permit from the city. A unit on a sidewalk or street blocks the public way. Pick a spot on your property instead.
What happens if the driver can't place it where I asked?
The driver calls you or your on-site contact to agree on a backup spot. If there is no safe spot at all, for example a locked gate or blocked path, a dry-run trip fee may apply. Giving a backup spot on the order avoids this.
Will the porta potty damage my lawn or driveway?
A unit on level ground leaves a square of flat grass that recovers in days. Truck tires on soaked ground can leave ruts, so we pick firm paths and avoid soft yards after rain. Tell us about sprinkler heads, septic lids and buried lines before delivery.
Can I lock it or secure it? I'm worried about theft.
A used unit is heavy and hard to move, so theft is rare. On open lots we stake or strap units on request, which also helps in spring wind. Ask dispatch if you want it tied down.
It's going in a park. Can you put it in an exact spot?
Yes. Drop a Google Maps pin on the exact spot, or describe it, such as "next to the soccer field by the big oak." Check the park's rules too; many Denton parks require restroom locations on the event site map.

Units & features: which porta potty should I rent?

Brandon Rental Works rents 5 unit types: the standard PolyJohn PJN3, the deluxe PolyJohn Fleet with flush and sink, the wheelchair-accessible PolyJohn Comfort XL, the 2-sink PolyJohn Bravo hand-wash station, and 2-stall to 3-station restroom trailers. A standard unit fits most parties and crews of up to 20 workers.

Do you have porta potties with a sink inside?
Yes. The deluxe PolyJohn Fleet has a sink with foot-pump water, soap and paper towels inside, plus a foot-pump flush. It is 47 inches wide, so it needs a slightly wider spot than a standard unit. See the deluxe flushing unit.
What's the difference between a standard and a deluxe unit?
A standard PolyJohn PJN3 has a seat, a urinal, toilet paper and hand sanitizer, with no flush or sink. A deluxe PolyJohn Fleet adds a foot-pump flush, a sink, soap and paper towels. Standard event rentals run $165–$245 and deluxe $245–$365, typical ranges before tax. Compare every unit.
Does a regular porta potty flush?
No. The standard unit is a holding-tank toilet with no flush. If you want a flush, rent the deluxe PolyJohn Fleet, which uses a foot pump and a fresh-water tank, or a restroom trailer.
Do you have flushing units?
Yes. The deluxe PolyJohn Fleet flushes with a foot pump, and our restroom trailers have flushing toilets. Deluxe units are usually next-day, not same-day, so book ahead.
What comes inside a standard unit?
A toilet seat, a non-splash urinal, 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, a mirror, a door latch with an occupancy sign, a translucent roof for daylight and a vent pipe. It arrives pumped, sanitized and stocked.
Does it come with toilet paper?
Yes. Every unit arrives with 2 rolls. Long-term units are restocked at every weekly service visit.
Does it come with hand sanitizer?
Yes, at no extra charge. Sanitizer is stocked on delivery and refilled on every service visit.
Do you rent separate hand-washing stations?
Yes. The PolyJohn Bravo has 2 foot-pump sinks, soap and paper towels, with about 34 gallons of fresh water. A hand-wash station event rental runs $95–$165, a typical range before tax. See hand-wash station rental.
Should I get a hand-washing station for a kids' party?
Yes. Kids can wash up without going back into the toilet, which keeps the line moving and the unit cleaner. Our method adds 1 hand-wash station for every 2 toilets whenever food is served.
Is the sink inside the unit or outside?
Both are available. The deluxe PolyJohn Fleet has a sink inside. The PolyJohn Bravo is a separate stand-alone station with 2 sinks that anyone can use, including guests who did not use the toilet.
Do you have handicap-accessible units?
Yes. The PolyJohn Comfort XL is a wheelchair-accessible unit with a 62 by 62 inch footprint, a 32-inch door frame and a ground-level roll-in floor. It is designed to help meet ADA 2010 Standards §213.2 counts. See the wheelchair-accessible unit.
Do I need a wheelchair-accessible unit for a park event?
Often yes. The 2010 ADA Standards §213.2 call for at least 5% of portable units in each cluster to be accessible, with a minimum of 1. Many parks and venues require one. Confirm with your venue or permit office.
Do you have restroom trailers with air conditioning?
Yes. Our 2-stall and 3-station restroom trailers have flushing toilets, sinks, mirrors, heat and A/C. They need a level spot, 20–30 feet of room and a standard 120V outlet within 100 feet. A weekend trailer runs $795–$2,500 before tax. See restroom trailers.
Do you have toilets on a towable trailer?
Yes. A standard unit mounted on a single-axle trailer can be towed around large ranches, pipelines and road jobs that move. Ask dispatch about availability and hitch needs.
What colors do the units come in?
Color depends on what is clean and ready in the yard that day. Ask, and we note your preference on the order. We cannot promise a color on short notice.
Are the units clean? Are they new?
Every unit is pumped, pressure-washed, sanitized and restocked at our yard before it goes out. The driver checks the door latch, vent and floor before setting it down. If anything is wrong on arrival, call and we fix it.
Is an event unit different from a construction unit?
Both are the same standard PolyJohn PJN3, cleaned the same way before every delivery. The difference is the rental: events are a flat 1–5 day price with no mid-event service, and jobsites bill every 28 days with weekly service.
Can you send me a picture of the unit?
Yes. Ask dispatch and we text a photo of the unit model you are renting. The unit pages on this site also list exact sizes.
How many porta potties do I need for my guests?
Plan 1 standard unit per 50 guests for up to 4 hours, 1 per 35 for 4–8 hours, and 1 per 25 beyond 8 hours. Add 1 per 100 guests for alcohol. Use the porta potty calculator for the full count.
Can I mix one standard and one accessible unit?
Yes. Mixed orders are common, especially for church and park events. All units ride on the same truck, so they arrive together.
Do you pump out restroom trailers or tanks we own?
Call dispatch with the location, tank size and date. Our vacuum trucks service our own units every day, and dispatch will tell you on the call if we can add your pump-out to a route.

Cleaning & servicing: who keeps the porta potty clean?

Every Brandon Rental Works unit is pumped, pressure-washed, sanitized and restocked at our yard before delivery. Construction and long-term units get weekly service, included in the 28-day rate. A 1–3 day event normally needs no mid-event service. Extra visits run $45–$75 each, a typical range before tax.

How often do you clean it?
Long-term and construction units are serviced once a week, included. We recommend 2 visits a week for crews of 11–20 workers and for crews of 10 or more in summer. Event units arrive clean and are serviced at pickup.
Is weekly cleaning included in the price?
Yes. Every 28-day rental includes 1 service visit a week. Extra visits are $45–$75 each, a typical range before tax.
What happens on a service visit?
We pump the tank and add fresh deodorizer, scrub and sanitize the seat, urinal, walls, handle and floor, restock toilet paper and sanitizer, refill fresh water on sink units, and hang a dated service ticket inside the door.
Will you clean it during my weekend event?
A 1–3 day event normally does not need it. The unit arrives clean and stocked for normal use. Multi-day festivals can add daily or nightly service, scheduled after gates close.
Do I have to clean it myself?
No. Do not add bleach, water or chemicals to the tank. If something spills or runs out mid-rental, call and we send a service visit.
Will a porta potty keep my septic tank from filling up during a party?
Yes, that is a common reason to rent. Party traffic goes to the porta potty instead of your septic system, which avoids overloading the tank and drain field. Read septic systems and party porta potties.
The unit smells in the heat. What can you do?
Call and we add a service visit. Denton's July average high is about 96°F, and heat speeds up odor. Shade and a second weekly visit from June to September solve most odor complaints.

Pricing & payment: what will my porta potty cost?

A standard porta potty event rental in Denton typically runs $165–$245 before tax, with delivery, setup and pickup included. A standard construction unit runs $145–$215 per 28 days with weekly service. Every Brandon Rental Works quote lists the unit, length, service, delivery, fees and 8.25% Denton sales tax before you pay.

How much is it to rent a porta potty?
Typical ranges before tax: standard event unit $165–$245; deluxe with sink $245–$365; wheelchair-accessible $225–$325; hand-wash station $95–$165; construction standard $145–$215 per 28 days with weekly service. See the full cost guide.
Why do you need my ZIP code for a price?
The ZIP sets the delivery zone, the route and whether same-day is possible. Denton County is our base zone. Collin, Dallas and Tarrant County ZIPs may add a $25–$95 delivery zone fee.
Is delivery included?
Yes, delivery and pickup are included on event rentals in Denton and on 28-day rentals in Denton County. Outside Denton County, a delivery zone fee of $25–$95 may apply, and it is shown on the quote.
Is pickup included or extra?
Pickup is included. Event units are picked up on the scheduled day, usually Monday. Long-term units are picked up within 1–2 business days of your call.
Why is the total higher than the unit price?
The total can add a same-day fee ($0–$95), a delivery zone fee outside Denton County ($25–$95) and Texas sales tax (8.25% in Denton). Every line is on the itemized quote before you pay.
Is there a fuel surcharge?
No. We do not charge a fuel surcharge. Fuel is built into the delivery price.
Is there a credit card fee?
No. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards all cost the same, with no card fee.
Can you do any better on the price?
The quote already shows our real numbers line by line. The best ways to lower it are booking a day ahead instead of same-day, putting all units on one delivery, and taking a Thursday or Friday drop for a weekend event.
Do you offer discounts for churches or nonprofits?
Every customer gets the same itemized pricing. We help nonprofits save by sizing the order right, combining units on one trip and booking ahead to avoid a same-day fee.
Do you give a discount for paying cash?
We do not take cash. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards, by phone or through a secure online invoice link.
Do I pay a deposit or the full amount?
Event rentals are paid in full to reserve the date. Jobsite rentals pay the first 28-day cycle upfront. Cancel 24 or more hours before delivery and you get a full refund.
When do I pay?
When you book. Payment reserves the unit and the date. Long-term rentals then autopay every 28 days until you call for pickup.
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. Business accounts may get invoicing. No cash or checks at delivery.
Can I pay the driver when it's delivered?
No. Drivers do not take payment. Pay by phone or through the secure online invoice link before delivery.
Can I pay online instead of reading my card over the phone?
Yes. We text or email a secure invoice link with a Pay Now button. Many callers prefer it.
Can you email or text me the invoice and receipt?
Yes. Invoices and receipts go to the email and mobile number on the order. Long-term rentals get an emailed invoice every 28-day cycle.
Can you send the invoice to someone else to pay?
Yes. We can send the payment link to your spouse, church office or company accounts payable. The date is reserved once the invoice is paid, so pay soon on busy weekends.
Can you hold a unit while I check with my spouse or office?
We can send the itemized quote right away. The unit and date are reserved once paid. On busy weekends units go fast, so settle it the same day if you can.
Why was my card declined?
Most declines happen because the billing ZIP does not match the card company's records, often an old address. 4 of the 27 callers in our review hit this. Use the ZIP on your card statement, call your bank, or pay through the invoice link.
Do I have to sign anything?
You accept our rental terms when you approve and pay the invoice, or verbally on the call. There is no long contract, even for jobsites.
Is the price the same for 3 days or a whole month?
Close. The cost is mostly the delivery and pickup trips. An event rental is one flat price for 1–5 days; a jobsite rental bills per 28 days. For a short emergency job, ask for the 1–5 day event rate.
Have porta potty prices gone up?
Our current typical ranges are on the porta potty cost guide, dated October 2026. A friend's price from a past year may have left out delivery, pickup or tax.
Why is it more expensive on a holiday weekend?
Holiday weekends sell out first, and late orders may need a same-day fee of $0–$95. Book 2–3 weeks ahead to keep the date and skip the fee.
Why is your price higher than other websites?
Compare totals, not headline prices. Ask if the other price includes delivery, pickup, toilet paper, sanitizer, tax, fuel and card fees. Our quotes include delivery and pickup in our base zone and list tax separately, with no fuel or card fees.
Is this a fair price for a porta potty?
Our typical ranges are published on the cost guide so you can judge for yourself. The fair test is the all-in total for the same unit, the same dates and the same delivery address.

Rental length & pickup: how long can I keep it?

Event rentals are one flat price for 1–5 days on site. Construction and long-term rentals bill every 28 days, with weekly service, no contract and automatic renewal until you call. Pickup on long-term rentals happens within 1–2 business days of your call, and billing stops on the pickup date we confirm.

How long is the rental period?
An event rental covers 1–5 days on site at one flat price. A construction or long-term rental runs in 28-day cycles with weekly service included.
Is it a monthly rate?
We bill every 28 days, not by the calendar month. A unit dropped January 1 renews January 29. That makes 13 cycles a year. A standard unit runs $145–$215 per 28 days with weekly service, before tax.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Long-term rentals have no contract. The rental renews every 28 days until you call for pickup.
Does it auto-renew?
Yes. A long-term rental renews every 28 days and charges the card on file, with an emailed invoice, until you call for pickup.
Will I get a bill every month, or is it autopay?
Autopay. The first 28-day cycle is paid upfront, then the card on file is charged each cycle with an emailed invoice. Business accounts may get invoicing instead.
Is it cheaper if I keep it longer?
Later 28-day cycles carry no new delivery or setup trip, just the rental and weekly service. Ask dispatch for the renewal amount; it is listed on your quote.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. For long-term rentals, do nothing and it renews. For an event rental, call before the pickup day and we move the pickup date or switch you to a 28-day cycle.
Do I need to set a pickup date now?
Not for long-term rentals. Leave it open and call when the job is done. Event rentals get a set pickup date when you book, usually the Monday after.
Will you pick it up automatically?
Event rentals, yes, on the scheduled day. Long-term rentals, no. Call (940) 275-3799 to schedule pickup, and we come within 1–2 business days.
When will you pick it up after my event?
Usually the next business day, Monday for a weekend event. Tell us if you need it gone sooner or later and we set the day on the order.
When does my 28-day rental start?
On the day the unit is dropped off, not the day you book.
How do I stop billing on a long-term rental?
Call to request pickup. Billing stops on the pickup date we confirm on that call, which is within 1–2 business days. Make sure the unit is reachable so the truck can load it.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 or more hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, we refund everything except the delivery fee. Same-day orders already dispatched are not refundable. See the rental terms.
Can I change the date after booking?
Yes, free, with 24 or more hours notice before the scheduled delivery. Call dispatch and we move the order.
Can I add units or change the order later?
Yes. Call dispatch. Extra units can often ride on the same truck if you call before the route is set the day before.

What should I know about renting a porta potty for a party or wedding?

Most event renters need 1 or 2 standard units with a Thursday or Friday drop and a Monday pickup at one flat price. In our review of 27 rental calls, 17 were events or parties and 15 were single-day events. Weddings often add a deluxe unit, a hand-wash station or a restroom trailer.

I've never rented a porta potty before. What do you recommend?
Tell us the guest count, hours, whether alcohol or food is served and whether guests can use the house. For most backyard parties of up to 50 guests, 1 standard unit and 1 hand-wash station is the answer. See party and event rentals.
Can I rent one for just one day or one night?
Yes. That is the most common rental: 15 of the 27 calls we reviewed were single-day events. It is one flat event price, dropped before and picked up after.
Do you do weddings?
Yes. Couples choose deluxe flushing units with sinks, a wheelchair-accessible unit, hand-wash stations or a restroom trailer. See wedding restroom options.
Will it be there in time for my event start?
Yes. Weekend events are usually dropped Thursday or Friday, so the unit is in place well before a Saturday start. Same-day orders arrive within the 4-hour window dispatch gives you.
What if my event gets canceled or rained out?
Cancel 24 or more hours before delivery for a full refund, or move the date for free. Inside 24 hours, everything except the delivery fee is refunded.
Can I rent one for a funeral, reunion or family gathering?
Yes. Family gatherings, reunions and memorials book the same flat event rental. Rural homes on septic often rent one to keep guests off the septic system.
Do you rent dumpsters or trash cans for events?
No. We rent portable restrooms, hand-wash stations and restroom trailers. For trash, call your hauler or the city. Public event site maps in Denton must show restroom and trash locations, so plan both together.
How many porta potties do I need for a wedding?
A 150-guest, 6-hour wedding with a bar needs 9 toilets under our method, including 1 wheelchair-accessible unit, and 5 hand-wash stations if dinner is served. Many couples swap some units for a restroom trailer.
Do I need a porta potty for a backyard party at my house?
Rent one when guests outnumber your bathrooms, the house is off-limits, or the home is on septic. Read porta potties for Denton backyard parties.

What does a crew or remodel need from a jobsite porta potty?

A jobsite porta potty is a standard PolyJohn PJN3 on a 28-day cycle with weekly service included. OSHA Table D-1 requires 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers. Construction standard units typically run $145–$215 per 28 days before tax. No contract; call when the job is done.

What do you have for a construction crew?
A standard PolyJohn PJN3 with a seat and urinal on a 28-day cycle with weekly service. Add a hand-wash station for paint or chemical work. See construction site toilets.
How many porta potties does my crew need?
OSHA 1926.51(c) Table D-1: 20 or fewer workers need 1 toilet; 20 or more need 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers. Read the OSHA porta potty requirements.
Can I put the rental under my company name?
Yes. We rent to a person or a company. Give us the company name, billing contact and email for invoices.
Do you need an on-site contact?
It helps. The driver calls the site contact before drop-off and service visits, which keeps gates open and lumber out of the way.
My regular supplier didn't show up. Can you get one out today?
Usually, yes. Call (940) 275-3799 by noon, Mon–Sat. Same-day stock is standard units and hand-wash stations. A same-day fee of $0–$95 may apply, quoted before you book.
Do you service jobsites in other nearby towns?
Yes. We serve Denton County plus Collin, Dallas and Tarrant County cities. Give each jobsite's ZIP and we check coverage. See service areas.
I'm a homeowner, but the toilet is for construction at my house. Is that personal or business?
Either works. Homeowners remodeling or building get the same 28-day jobsite rental with weekly service. Read porta potties for a home remodel.
Should my contractor provide the porta potty, or should I?
Ask your contractor before the job starts and put it in writing. Many builders provide one, and many homeowners rent their own to keep crews out of the house.

Rules & permits: what do I need to check first?

Most private parties on your own property only need HOA approval, if any. Public events in Denton need a special event permit from Parks & Recreation, filed 60 days ahead, or 90 days with alcohol or amplified noise. Jobsites follow OSHA 1926.51, and public events follow 2010 ADA §213.2 for accessible units.

Do I need a permit for a porta potty?
Usually not for a private party on your own property, but HOA rules may apply. Placing a unit on a sidewalk or street needs a right-of-way permit. Public events in Denton need a special event permit. Confirm with the city for your case; read Denton event permits and restrooms.
What does a Denton special event permit need for restrooms?
The City of Denton Parks & Recreation office, (940) 349-7275, asks for a site map that shows portable restroom and trash locations. Apply at least 60 days ahead, or 90 days with alcohol or amplified noise.
Can you supply restroom trailers and hand-wash stations for an emergency shelter?
Yes. Call (940) 275-3799 with the headcount, location and start date. We size restroom trailers, standard units and hand-wash stations, and schedule service while the shelter is open.
How many restrooms per person do we need for a large group?
For events, plan 1 unit per 50 people for up to 4 hours, 1 per 35 for 4–8 hours, and 1 per 25 beyond 8 hours or overnight. That is our house method; your agency or permit office may set its own number.
Does my HOA allow a porta potty?
Many HOAs, including those in master-planned areas like Robson Ranch and Rayzor Ranch, have rules on where temporary units sit. Ask your HOA, then mark the approved spot for the driver.
