Pick the rental by the job, not the toilet. In 27 recorded rental calls we reviewed in 2026, 17 were parties or gatherings and 7 were construction or repair jobs; the rest were a farm, an emergency shelter and a pump-out. Each job page below gives the unit count, servicing and placement for that kind of rental.

Ranch & camp toilets →How does renting a porta potty work, from booking to pickup?
Renting a porta potty takes 4 steps: book by phone or quote form, get delivery in a 4-hour window, use the unit while we service it, and get pickup on the set day or within 1–2 business days of your call. Nobody needs to be home for delivery. The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arrival.
- Booking. Call (940) 275-3799 or send the quote form with your ZIP, dates, unit type and guest or crew count. Approve the itemized quote and pay by card or the secure online invoice link. Events are paid in full to hold the date; jobsites pay the first 28-day cycle upfront.
- Delivery. Dispatch sets a 4-hour window. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or sign, or text a photo. Give gate codes and warn us about low wires. Rural sites can send a Google Maps pin.
- Service. Event units arrive clean and stocked; 1–3 day events need no mid-event service. Jobsite units get weekly service with a dated ticket on the door. Extra visits are available on request.
- Pickup. Weekend events are usually dropped Thursday or Friday and picked up Monday, with no extra rental charge. Long-term units stay until you call; pickup is within 1–2 business days.

What's the difference between an event rental and a 28-day rental?
An event rental is 1 flat booking for 1–5 days on site that includes delivery, pickup, setup, toilet paper and sanitizer. A 28-day rental is for jobsites and long projects: it bills every 28 days, includes weekly service, has no contract and auto-renews until you call for pickup. The 28-day clock starts on drop-off day.
| Event rental | 28-day rental | |
|---|---|---|
| Who uses it | Parties, weddings, church events, reunions | Construction, remodels, farms, long projects |
| Length | 1–5 days on site, one flat price | 28-day cycles, as long as you need |
| Servicing | Arrives clean; none needed for 1–3 days | Weekly, included |
| Payment | Paid in full to hold the date | First cycle upfront, then every 28 days |
| Pickup | Set day, usually Monday | Within 1–2 business days of your call |
| Contract | None | None; auto-renews until pickup |
long-term callers in our review were on 28-day billing, and none needed a contract. They kept the unit until the job ended, then called for pickup.

callers pushed back on price or compared quotes. The most common surprise was tax and fees added after the first number, which is why our quotes list every line.

Have 6 things ready when you call: the delivery ZIP or a map pin, the dates, the guest or crew count, how many hours the event runs, whether food or alcohol is served, and a description of the spot and access. With those, dispatch quotes the unit mix in about 2 minutes. Use the card's real billing ZIP at checkout.
- ZIP code, street address, or a Google Maps pin for rural land.
- Event date and hours, or the jobsite start date.
- Guests or workers, and whether anyone uses a wheelchair.
- Food, alcohol, kids, or a mostly female crowd.
- Gate width, gate codes, low wires, slopes and soft ground.
- An on-site contact if the spot is hard to find.
