Every Brandon Rental Works order follows the same 5 steps: a dispatcher takes the call and sends an itemized quote, the crew cleans and loads the unit, the driver texts about 30 minutes ahead and places it, the service crew pumps and restocks on schedule, and the truck picks it up on the agreed day.

- Prep. At the yard, each unit is pumped, pressure-washed, sanitized and restocked.
- Delivery. A 4-hour window, a text about 30 minutes out, and placement on level, firm ground.
