These terms apply to every rental from Brandon Rental Works, 302 Dallas Dr, Denton, TX 76205. They are written in plain English on purpose. When you approve and pay a quote, by phone or through the online invoice link, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, call (940) 275-3799 before you book.
How do I pay for a rental?
Brandon Rental Works takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards, by phone or through a secure online invoice link. Event rentals are paid in full to reserve the date. Jobsite and long-term rentals pay the first 28-day cycle upfront. We do not take cash, and we add no card fee.
- The itemized quote shows the unit, rental length, service, delivery, pickup, any same-day or distance fee, and Texas sales tax (8.25% in Denton).
- The billing ZIP you give must match your card company's records, or the payment may decline.
- Business accounts may be set up for invoicing.
How do event rentals and 28-day rentals differ?
An event rental is one flat price for 1 to 5 days on site, with delivery, setup, pickup, toilet paper and sanitizer included. A long-term rental bills every 28 days, starting on drop-off day, with weekly service included. Long-term rentals have no contract and renew automatically until you call for pickup.
- Event rentals get a set pickup date, usually the Monday after a weekend event. A Thursday or Friday drop and Monday pickup cost nothing extra.
- 28-day rentals charge the card on file at the start of each new cycle, with an emailed invoice.
- The 28-day clock starts on the day the unit is dropped off, not the day you book.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 or more hours before the scheduled delivery and Brandon Rental Works refunds 100% of what you paid. Cancel inside 24 hours and we refund everything except the delivery fee. A same-day order is not refundable once the truck has been dispatched. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
| When you cancel | Refund |
|---|---|
| 24+ hours before scheduled delivery | Full refund |
| Less than 24 hours before delivery | Everything except the delivery fee |
| Same-day order, truck already dispatched | Not refundable |
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes. Date changes are free with 24 or more hours notice before the scheduled delivery. Call or text (940) 275-3799 and dispatch confirms the new date in writing. Changes inside 24 hours depend on the route; if the truck has already been loaded for your order, a trip fee may apply.
What if Brandon Rental Works is late or can't deliver?
If Brandon Rental Works misses a same-day delivery we promised, the same-day fee is refunded. If a truck problem or weather delays delivery past your booked date, you choose the next open slot or a full refund. Dispatch calls you as soon as we know about a delay, with a new 4-hour window.
Where can the unit be placed?
You choose the placement spot, and it must be level, firm ground the truck can reach: a path about 10–11 feet wide with no wires or branches under 12 feet. Our crew can cart an empty unit about 25 feet. Units cannot go on a sidewalk or street without a right-of-way permit.
- Leave 3 feet clear in front of the door, and keep the service side within about 25 feet of where the pump truck can park on long rentals.
- Tell us about septic lids, sprinkler heads, buried lines, soft ground and HOA rules before delivery. We cannot see what is underground.
- Normal placement can flatten grass or mark soft ground. We are not responsible for that, or for damage to lawns, paving or buried items at a spot you chose that we were not warned about.
- If the driver thinks a spot is unsafe, the driver calls you to agree on another spot.
- A used unit cannot be moved or tipped until it is pumped. Call us to move it.
What is a dry-run trip fee?
A dry-run trip fee may apply when the driver arrives but cannot place the unit. Common causes are a locked gate, a blocked path, a missing gate code or no safe level spot. The fee covers the truck trip. A gate code, a backup spot and a photo texted to (940) 275-3799 prevent nearly every dry run.
Who pays for damage, vandalism or tipping?
The renter pays for vandalism, fire, tipping, graffiti and loss while the unit is on site. Brandon Rental Works covers normal wear from use. If a unit is tipped or damaged, call (940) 275-3799 right away. We service it, check it and tell you the cost before any charge.
How does servicing work?
Event units arrive pumped, sanitized and stocked, and a 1–3 day event normally needs no mid-event service. Long-term units get 1 service visit a week, included: pump, scrub, sanitize, restock and a dated ticket inside the door. Extra visits are added on request and billed per visit on your quote.
Do not pour water, bleach or other chemicals into the tank. Keep the service side reachable on service day; a blocked unit may be skipped until the next visit.
How do I extend a rental or request pickup?
To extend a long-term rental, do nothing: it renews every 28 days. To extend an event rental, call before the pickup day. To end a long-term rental, call (940) 275-3799; we pick up within 1–2 business days, and billing stops on the pickup date we confirm on that call.
- Make sure the truck can reach the unit on the pickup date.
- If the unit is blocked or locked in on that date, we call to set a new pickup date.
- Please leave the unit where we placed it. Do not drag it to the curb.
What happens in bad weather?
Brandon Rental Works delivers in normal rain and heat. In severe storms, high wind or flooding, dispatch may hold a truck for safety and call you with a new window. From March to June we stake or strap units on open lots on request. Free date changes still need 24 hours notice.
